its because harry is a natural attacking wideman, with a strong left foot and good technical ability.

babel isnt yet. not convinced wide left is his best position.

we have others that can fill that position but harry is naturally suited to it and carrys a goal threat when hes in form and plays there.

most people who dig at kewell do so because its so acceptable to do so. hes an inrury prone over payed pretty boy whos had some silly hairdos over the years sure. but hes still a good player. like it or not.

Kewell isn't over payed if you consider the time he signed the deal. We payed out fantasy wages to crap players back then. Kewell was a huge star and one of the most wanted players in the league when we signed him.

My comment is an opinion

I do not think Kewell is our best left midfielder nor do I think he will ever be.

His record of 12 goals and 7 assists in 84 premier games highlights this.

His sick record is appalling, he lets us down time after time.

We have plenty of decent midfielders that will fill the left side before Kewell

Why this player doens't quit the international scene is a mystery. That fact alone is enough to make any LFC fan dislike him.

I dont dislike him, but he needs to realise that for almost 5 years he's just wasted his career by trying to please the Aussies and us. He should have decided to have gotten full fit for us.
