Assassin - you are not understanding our argument. Sure u have the right to be disappointed with Harrys output over the last few years, we all are. We seem to be talking past each other here. Yes I am disappointed with Kewell on several levels. I was disappointed when we signed him, as I didnt believe then and still dont believe he is the player many people profess him to be, in the odd game yes, over an extended period no. I question his work rate and commitment on the pitch. Skill wise he has a good first touch, but he isnt the quickest of players. I think his biggest failing on the pitch, is where he has a player half beaten and instead of using his strength and position on the ball to go past the player, he normally reverts to trying to beat the man again and then loses the advantage.
Likewise, I realise Kewell cant help being injured, but I feel (rightly or wrongly) maybe he doesnt help in this area. He often turns out for Australia when not 100% fit, there are long plane journeys before and after games and this can aggrevate injuries.
If my choice of words to describe Kewell cause you concern, well thats just me. Its born out of frustration caused by the majority blindly backing him up all of the time.

He made his debut for Australia in April, 1996.
He has made 29 appearances in 11 and a half years.
