What the Hell has gone wrong with the quote function in this thread?
      .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

I can't believe he'd be all emotional about Momo when the evidence suggests he's not like that.
Just speculating but perhaps he held on to Sissoko because he thought Lucas wouldn't be ready to contribute straight away, plus Mascherano has to trek to South America at every international break. And you can never have too much depth.

Still I'll be astonished if he's here at the start of next season.

He's become a clear weak link - just my opinion, and to his credit we all know what Rafa does to players who aren't making the grade - something our previous manager so infuriatingly didn't do.

He was on a free. Rafa was allowed to sign a few players. Mista and Sissoko for example.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I think all that's quite feasible.

Not really, Rafa just asked the sporting director at the time if he could have those players and they obliged. Not sure if Sissoko was a Rafa signing or Llorente (I think that was the guy at the time.) one. Although, it's common knowledge that Rafa was behind the signing of a DM called Gonzalo de los Santos who is renowned for being complete ****e and Valencia's biggest flop. He was very expensive too.

On topic I don't really care what he said or could've said I just want a happy squad which performs and if that is with or without Sissoko i'll accept the decision.

Mista was a Rafa signing. He played for Rafa in division 2. Sissoko was not. Sissoko was an eduardo macia signing when he was in charge of the academy there. He was bought in as a striker and converted to a midfielder by Rafa.
