One thing you can say about Mourinho is that he will get his players playing as a true team, and they will run through brick walls for each other and for him. We play as a collection of (supposedly) equal individuals and it doesnt matter who plays in Rafa's view. This would change under Mourinho. The football he played in his first year, when he had wingers, was very good if I remember correctly.

I think he would solve a lot of our problems, and though he's paid over the top with Chelsea (would you charge more if you were a selling club?), his eye for a player seems to be good.

Plus, think how much it would annoy the Mancs and Chavs!!!

Having said that I'm behind Rafa, he should get at least one more season before we seriously consider replacing him IMO.

While Rafa is frustrating me in every game, I'd go for Jose Mourinho. I never liked the ****er, mainly because he was with Chavs and was always saying something against us etc. But his teams won the league. I think with the squad we have, he would have won the league this year. Rafa is just too complacent!

The only thing I'd require is that he shouldn't be allowed to spout **** at press conferences.

I do rate him as a manager. Like I've said many times before, Chelsea (under him) played attacking football, straight forward. Chelsea have always been attacking. Always! And we? Passing back to Carra (=Reina). And if we actually DO get a chance for a counter attack, we're passing the ball so slow that the opposition's defence is having a tea waiting for us inside their own penalty area.

Unconvinced, but if Rafa does fail, I cannot see anyone else in the running who would be better placed I'm afraid.

It really depends on G&H- what worries me is that they know very little about football, so I'm not sure I trust them to make the right decision at the right time with regards to sacking/keeping RAfa...
