Clubs do it all the time mate, the player will eventually cave in, case in point Michael owen at Madrid, he went to the highest bidder, cas that whats madrid would allow him to do. And seeing as 3rd party ownership will be outlawed by fifa, they might not have a future business anyway

I agree that clubs do it. But if a sports agency whose only source of revenue is stars signing for them does this, then it might be bad for them.

Say Mascher kicked up a fuss and went to court over this. The consequences may prove to be disastrous for MSI. Every footballing agency on the planet will be interested in the outcome and MSI knows that they will be painted like devils.

Anyway for all we know MSI might have other ways of forcing his hand and you may well be right. I wouldn't put anything past these thugs.

You can't just continually spend, spend, spend. There has to be money coming in and if there are players who are surplus to requirements you have to sell. Rafa's proved he will do this and, to me, it doesn't really matter whether they have to be sold first or not.
