    Straight talk at least.

now that this is out in the open they have to take control of the info and then shut this issue soon.

I reckon the owners are used to a different way of dealing with the media - ie more talking.

      Agreed.

Statements like that are only going to antagonise Rafa rather than reconcile their differences.

If I was in Rafa's position I would be very unhappy. He is being paid to manage the club and is doing his best to improve us on the pitch. I don't see why the owners aren't willing to discuss transfer plans with him. They can discuss the plans without comitting money. Surely that's not asking too much.

I think Hicks is right there. Makes sense.

Get on with it at least until January, then see if anything needs changing.

We're in a good position anyway, there's no need for all this.

If they want Rafa to shut up and coach the players we have then they should shut up and get on running our ****ing club.

Why didn't he speak directly to Rafa though rather than blabbing to the press?

I understood it at the start as they had to convince us fans after the whole D.I.C saga BUT now there is no need to start a slagging match with the boss in public especially imo the fans will back Rafa over Gillett/Hicks.

This is now ridiculous. They should all shut-up.

Rafa should have shut up shop. Very bad PR and bad vibes before a crucial match.

its obvious we are a few players short surely ??

"Or there is another option. That Mr Ferguson organises the fixtures in his office and sends it to us and everyone will know and cannot complain. That is simple."

It's not about being one or two players short, it's about stealing a march on our rivals by signing the biggest talent.

I'm back at work on Monday, I'll try and do some digging and find out what's got Rafa so pissed off.

Well, IMO Rafa needs to start planning and sorting out who he will bring in and how much we will spend. Other clubs don't start thinking about transfers on teh day the window opens - Rafa is being completely reasonable and IMO they are just fobbing him off. ******s.

They need to stop conducting their arguments in public.
