Although i agree with you that there ARE some Pricks here, i dont believe that disliking a design for an inanimate object neccessarily makes you one.

As a Kirkby resident I can strongly refute that, there is some opposition but no more than you would expect, most people couldn't care less whether they move here or not.Originally posted by shanks69 View Postthe opposition against everton going to kirkby is growing stronger by the locals.

FORT WORTH -- A section of new seats at Texas Christian University's Amon Carter Stadium collapsed in a heap of steel and concrete early Friday, halting work on the $13 million renovation while engineers try to figure out what went wrong.
No one was injured when the seats crashed down near the south end zone about 1:30 a.m., a school official said. The debris landed on the bleacher seats below it.
It was not immediately clear how the collapse would affect the project's cost or its expected completion this summer. The Horned Frogs play their first home football game Sept. 6 against Stephen F. Austin University.
"At this point, I have not been made aware that the completion date has changed," Lisa Albert, a TCU spokeswoman, said Friday afternoon.
An official with HKS Inc., the Dallas firm in charge of the project, did not return a phone call Friday afternoon. HKS also designed the new Dallas Cowboys stadium, which is under construction in Arlington.
The general contractor and architect's structural engineers investigated the collapse Friday while campus police secured the area around the south end zone. Officers will secure the area overnight.
No cause had been determined as of Friday afternoon, Albert said.
"It's too early to know anything," she said. "It will be a thorough investigation."
In addition to that investigation, TCU will hire independent structural and design engineers to review the collapse and examine all the findings, according to a TCU statement.
Work around Amon Carter Stadium began last summer. The project includes a new, theater-style meeting room for the football team, as well as six suites and NFL-like club seating for 200.
It is the first significant renovation at the stadium since the upper deck was added in 1956.
Staff reporter Bill Miller contributed to this report.
