We played well and always looked like winning. The title is still on, if it were ManU or Arsenal 7pts (assuming we win the game in hand) behind at the start of January, then I'm sure everyone would say they are still in it.

However, it is vital that we win our away trips to Arsenal, Man U and Chelsea. Judging by our away form this season, that is certainly possible.

We've still got a great chance.

I hate to say it but I think our title shot is over. We would have to hope we win all of our remaining games and Arsenal and united lose 3 (in the case of Arsenal anyhow).

Points will be dropped by the teams above us for sure but I don't think we can win it.

I hope I am wrong and am well aware we have to play all 3 teams above us (all be it away) but I can't see the scum and the arse having a bad enough patch for us to do it.

Don't view this post as saying we have no hope, far from it but I am just saying I can't see us doing it this year. We have definitely improved though, that's for sure. The other 3 teams will still be very worried about us too.

I wasn't extremely dissappointed with Torres performance, ok he didn't really have a great game, but for the last few weeks he has been superb and really shown his class,

and this is exactly why you can't depend on one player every match, same goes for Gerrard, you can't expect them both to get 38 goals a season, there's certain players we depend too much on

Reina, Carra, Gerrard, Torres we depend on, the rest can either hold their own or aren't good enough, we badly lack down the wings and up front

I think you need to look at which team that have won the PL the last seasons.

Man U and Chelsea, why?

They spend a lot of money on high quality players and have/had a great manager.

If you want to win the league then you must spend a lot of money and have a great manager.

Man U buy Tevez, we buy Kuyt as our second striker for example. You can't win the league with a team of £10m players. You need the £20m+ players that will decide games like the one today against City.

Berbatov didn't cost 20 million pounds plus, he cost about the same as Kuyt didn't he?

Man City set their stall out at home.
Nobody has been as impressive as us against them this yr at their place.
We didn`t beat them(Unluckily) but neither did 9 other teams including Manure who lost to them.
In the grand scheme of things we gained a point more at City`s ground than ManU while ManU got beat by W.Ham.
Other weekends we`ll catch up with Chelski and Arsenil especially during the ANC.
