I guess we can write this season off (domestically). Whether he will continue with his tinkering and tactics next season remains to be seen. Hoepfully not (see below)
Think I`m in the right thread to reitterate that your Signature is sickening.

All the more reason to stop speculating about who his replacement is.Let the Press do that.

Hiddink would be awesome, but we all know hes out of reach, at least until after the euros anyway....The thing I fear is Liverpool in May 2010 with no premiership and managers like Mourinho in an elite job already.

I really hope you lot are right when you say Rafa can win a title, but I cant see it at all

If Benitez went I would be heart broken.

Then I would get the best manager for the job, Jose

Hiddink would jump ship as soon as he was offered a bigger pay packet elsewhere. He's all over the place like a bunch of lepers in the snow

He would jump at the chance.

We would be a great side to watch under Guus. Gerrard would be unleashed, Xabi would have free rein to play his true game. Babel and Torres would be upfront.

Yeah I agree with that, I just don't think he'd stay to build a legacy. i think he's one that gets restless after a couple of years and moves on. good for some short term success maybe but there's no rel point unles he was 100% he could stay longterm

He generally leaves the club in a good state though, and from what ive witnessed with Australia he has helped us find our new manager.

                        It would certainly be interesting

Kevin Keegan. Just imagine how much freedome he'd give to Torres and Gerrard and probably Babel too. We've got some definite talent to put most teams in the Premiership to the sword
