Well I would agree with the thrust of the article, thaat Rafa gets total support. BUT................there seems to be an acceptance that G&H want Rafa out, without a single soliitary fact in the whole thing. Rumors start and grow like bloody forest fires, and our shameful press takes great delight in having thier work made easier by simply copying articles from paper to paper. I personally dont hold much truck with this idea that because theres been no denial 'it must be true' . That has never made any sense to me, if only because i've seen too many denials from club chairmen br overturned within a day!!!! So, as ever, sit tight and see what happens people, and in the words of cororal Jones....DONT PANIC!!!

Do you really believe that DIC would be daft enough to do that mate ?

It's just the consistency in which they make public denials mate. You see Parry in flash denying rumors of Hicks selling though, but nothing to dispel the rumors about Rafa. How about some consistency ?Originally posted by Steve101 View PostWell I would agree with the thrust of the article, thaat Rafa gets total support. I'm with you on this. I really get the feeling that some of those COCKSUCKER MOTHER ****ING ****FACES jornos are on boards like these and realise how much of a stir all this ****e is causing, we are in effect feeding the fire even by just discussing all of this bollix on here, day in day out, regardless of how many times Parry, Rafa, Carra, Gillet or Tom come out and say its all bollix .. its just keeps rolling and rolling on,
I for one say would should ****ing Ban the subject becuause I am sick to death with it all, cant we just look at the games not hang a ****ing noose around are Managers neck each game with a foot by his backside waiting for the result, he Deserves Much Much Much more !Anybody who criticizes Klopp ever is a James Blunt. Who knows? I think G&H thought that they could make a quick profit. They have not gambled with any of their own money so far, not a single pound. They are very reluctant to use any cash as security, again no personal risk. They allegedly offered a share of the club for a fantasy price to DIC, probably to test the water.Originally posted by fredo View Post

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Don't be silly AFII. They planned to remortgage their loan in with the stadium, build it then sell for much more. Simple, and all done without spending a cent of their own money.Nah. He won't win the Prem. You can quote me on that. - Sarb24

Because that wouldn't make business sense mate. DIC would have been wounded to have lost to G&H and certainly wouldn't be coming back to let these guys make a profit on their investment. That would mean being shafted twice.Originally posted by AFII View PostWho knows? I think G&H thought that they could make a quick profit. Let me ask you this. Why when the Capello story broke did Parry immediately put out a complete denial?Originally posted by Nicey View PostI'm with you on this. Why, in the face of much more substantial and detailed stories about Klinsmann being offered the job have we heard nothing from the club.
Blaming Journalists for "making-up" stories is just silly. These stories have real base whether you like it or not. Unfortunately.

DIC can probably use some of their influence so G&H won't get a loan. I didn't say that DIC would buy them out just that G&H hoped that they would do that.Originally posted by fredo View PostBecause that wouldn't make business sense mate. DIC can probably buy the club on the "cheap" very soon. I think the £500m article is from the G&H camp. They want to sell up but want to make a profit.
I don't think they will get the loan.Just believe and you never know what will happen.

Almost like how Martin Jol was being treated ie. His job being offered to another manager, behind his back.
God, after reading that, i f*ckin hate the Yanks and wish they wouldjust shut up and f*ck off.
Rafa is our man

The article was a bit long winded for the point it was trying to make.
I think more is being made of the Rafa_vs_owners story than actually exists. The papers said Rafa would not last a week. That was a month ago. They were wrong. Secondly, Klinnsman is in a new job. They were wrong on that too.
Perhaps there is no hidden agenda in trying to force Rafa out? Perhaps it was a minor disagreement embellished to sell a few newspapers?
Disagreements between employee and bosses are frequent."Sir, it's me sir. Jennings sir."
