Cos Rafa's the "Spanish Eric Morecambe" :whatever:
why am I not surprised he is only coming out with this now? and not before. Although he will probably swear that he has been all along saying it.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'
"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.
* After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs
They beat us virtually every single time they play us. Ferguson would surely want him to stay? Not that i have a clue what Ferguson says about our club or our manager, why do you and why do you care?
Actually I expressed those opinions straight away when he was appointed. So unlucky there sunshine

Yeah, this is true. Although not sure why you are acting all triumphant about it.
exactly, imagine what life as an LFC fan would be like now without Istanbul to remember.

Definitely a contender for wierd thread of the week.
Not sure there's much point to keeping it really, and if it continues to go as sideways as it has done, its life will certainly be extremely limited....
I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
Mine angry and defrauded young?
Fergie never talks about Rafa, it's always not so subtle digs in Rafa's general direction.
You can bet your life if LFC were 9 points ahead of the SCUM he'd have something to say about Rafa.
I think the fact that he doesn't really comment is indicitive of the fact that we're not really a threat.
