Yep, I remember. BBC Sport don't go out on a limb like this without good reason.
    I'm positively buzzing now!!!!

When there's a heading in BBC sport you can bet there's plenty of substance behind it. I don't want to jinx it, but i can feel some good times ahead. Call it a gut feeling!

Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

All of you read this. We've got to make the protest count on Monday...the future of LFC is at stake now...no doubt about it. Shaggy I agree. It's a low risk option for the Yanks. If we show them that they have lost the fans then they'll be more open to selling I think

When it's a BBC understands article it's usually quite solid...not speculative. I'm praying this happens. I was devastated when DIC pulled out last time. If the Yanks take the loan then LFC will be ****ed IMO. We can no way pay £30m interest p.a and stay competitive on the field

Spot on fella, I spoke about this terms used with Shaggy at the time when we were close to buying Torres.

Not sure £500m is accurate though.

I'm buzzing too, shaking with excitement, but I really don't wanna get ahead of myself. As Chris has said this is just a bid....or a bid in the process of being made. I don't wanna get ahead of myself but I think I already have.

                      They are DEFINITELY interested

Why do you think Tony Barratt (Echo), Dave Maddock (Mirror) and now McNulty* (BBC) all with good links to the club have been writing DIC stories for the last few weeks, its because they are being fed the stories

Its fairly obvious who by as well

                      * assuming its the same McNulty who use to write for the Echo years back
Bob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."

Yeah but they hadn't lost the fans like they have now. They also didn't have as serious problems with the stadium either. Think they've got major issues now. They should take the profit they're offered by DIC. But Yanks are stubborn ****ers...that is my only worry

They probably tested the waters to see how eager DIC are.

Yeah, he used to be the assistant sports editor of the Echo. He's a big red and definitely has good links with the club.
