Rafa has been undermined big time and this hasn't been all his own doing. I'd rather the owners went but these players just aren't playing for the manager. I honestly believe he's lost them. Shoot me with a massive gun.

I don't think we have a premiership winning team at the moment, but there is no way the players and manager we have reflect the poor quality we are showing now.

This is the first time I remember since Souness was in charge that the club has been in such turmoil and it has to be reflected on the pitch.

I was listening to the offal today and I am sure that the commentator suggested that Carragher and Gerrard shook their heads at the sub decision. At the end he even talked about the sight of Crouch warming up the entire second half without being played.

With everything going on in the papers how many of the players are being affected by this? If you were Crouch, Riise etc (even one of the new players who weren't bedded in why would you give your all when there was a chance your price was drop and you could get a nice signing on fee at a good price somewhere else)? Have you ever moved to a new job where the team spirit was ****e? There is no confidence to the team at all, a lot of them look like they don't want to be there.

Anyone who has ever run one knows how hard it is to build a good team and how easy it is to lose one. We don't look like we have one at the moment. I don't know all the reasons why but for the first time in a long time everything is going wrong internally.

Carra has been **** too. Im ****ing sad thinking a great man like Rafa would contemplate quitting, I blame the yanks and players more than Rafa I really do, as Mersey says if Rafa quits I wont have the same respect for the lads in our squad anymore, its only Yossi, Torres and Sami who sem to give a ****, even Jamie has seemed a shadow of his former self.

Its been clear for ages that Rafa is not the man to win us the league. We need stability and a settled team to contend (we dont have enough quality in the sqaud to do otherwise).

Great knee jerk reactions to a game we should have won. We had 16 shots to their 8 away from home. They only had 2 on target all game. I've watched the whole game and the only person who should be shot tonight is Alan Wiley. He was an absolute disgrace.... Yes it was a penalty for them, however we should have had one for a handball against Lucas Neill earlier. Every 50/50 (and 60/40) he gave a free kick to them.

Some of the players were poor and lacking confidence but we still could have won the game easily. (Kewell and Aurelio really struggled)

West Ham have the Best ****ing Defense outside the top 4 ... We are is a tough place right now but we have to fight our way out of it .. What if Rafa's lost the dressing room though, plenty of rumours aroound that all is not well, Revo insinuated as much and promised to reveal later this week. CAn a manager recover from this?
