I blame David Moores plane and simple. During the years of his chairmanship he allowed united and arsenal to gain the upper hand and over the years they became stronger on the pitch and off it. where we stood still blowing money on ****e and not marketing the club united just blew us out the water and this is still the case today as they now are a force that will always be able to buy £30m players to make their team stronger. I mean £30m for Rooney when he wsa 18 says it all.

I know alot of people will not agree but it is a bit funny that as soon as moores became chairman we started to slide. He took over in 1992 and the rest as they say is history. A fan he may be but a chairman he was not!

Do you blame him for the all the cups we've won too?

We've spent a fortune over the years, enough to justify a close 2nd or 3rd in financial terms, not a distant 4th or 5th. Rafa has had a lot of money to spend but has spent a great deal of this on what can only be described as average players. He may be building a squad of depth and may now begin to add the cream, but this may all be too little too late. 14 points off the top and we're back fighting for CL qualification. Rafa has had the funds to buy players to take us closer, but chose to build a squad instead. You can see why, but you can't help but question if we'd be closer now if he bought quality first and filled the gaps later. Manu do it the right way around.

Its not all about todays result, for me the whole team went missing today. They bottled it to be honest, even Gerrard and Carra who are normally solid.

It was pretty bad ... gutted and I watched it with a room full of Manc ****s from fooking Africa ...gutted ... Stevie went ****ing missing again ... Masher will need to grow up a little ... **** it .. we are out of it ... again ...

Stevie was quite far away from the incident in the box. By the time he had got over there the ref had made his mind up.

The only person who could calm him down was Rafa.



We didn't play well, however we didn't go down in shame. There was a 5-10 minute spell where we had them on the back foot in the second half.

I hope Rafa has learnt that Babel, Kuyt, Skrtel are not good enough in big games.

Babel played well in the first half and was a threat - i thought his pace would have been something rafa would have kept on the field. as oppsoed to Kuyt, you could argue the other way because of his hard work, but your not going to create many chances with his limited pace.

Skrtel looks like he has the raw materials, but as ive posted people were going way overboard about how good he is at present.

I agree mate all i am saying is that the club has stood still for 18 years now and as it was Moores who was chairman it was up to him to keep us on top. He should of known he was not up to the job years ago and stepped aside long before he did. I love Rafa but results like these are what decides the leauge. If we go all season hammering the rest but keep getting shown up again the top 3 we will always be 4th. We need DIC asap to inject money into the club. Lets all hope they come in a rock the boat and knock united off their ****ing perch!!

The manager and team talked the talk all week but ****in bottled it big time today. No point in looking for excuses in blaming the ref masch deserved to go he must have told bennet to **** off on half a dozen different incidents before watching torres get booked for dissent. What was he thinking deciding to have a word. It beggars belief. That was worse than crouches moment of madness at chelsea. We were second best all over the pitch. Awful at the back. Everyone bar Aurelio had a mare. Midfield no better. Alonso was piss poor again and babel was a passenger. Kuyt worked hard but again no guile or end product. SG yet another non performance against the mancs and Torres well he had no service but when he did get the ball he did little with it. We choke against united every game now. It's psychological now and rafa needs to get to grips with it or we will never win the title.

stevie should of had a good shout at masch after the first yellow, calmed him down. he was heading for a fall from the whistle and stevie,as captain should of sorted it, thats his job.
