    Nic83 aka DJS? Sometimes I wonder if it's the same person.

    I have now given up trying to argue anything with Nic, it's just isn't possible.
    Just believe and you never know what will happen.

    According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

        Whilst Reina is clearly going through a dodgy spell, he is clearly a decent keeper and the best one we have had in a while.

        Strong as a sweeper behind the back four, shot stopping and penalties.

        To be fair for a long time he hasnt had the need to come out for crosses as our defence has been so good, I remember in his first season almost knocking off Riise's head with a punch out. However we have been poor on set play crosses this season and although the whole team is liable to that because of the zonal marking system it means pepe is going to get criticised, when the blame should be shared.

          Maybe it shows just how much football is about systems (I don't mean the formation but the tactics), or at least football under Rafa anyway.

          The only worry is that we have been poor defending set plays because opposing managers have a found a weakness or two in the system and it's not just because Skrtel has joined, Carragher hasn't been on top form at times, Hyypia's getting old, Agger can't walk...

                He's got one of the best keepers in the world over the last 8 years or so in front of him. And he is keeping keepers like Valdes out of the setup.

                So I would take Rafa and Aragones judegement over yours.

                  That's not really fair. DJS had a good footballing knowledge and started many good threads - just argued in an irritating manner.
