Liverpool Vs Chelsea post match Drogba is a diving c*nt thread
Give it a rest will you. Forget about it and move on. If you lot were players you'd get hammered in the second leg with how much you're feeling sorry for yourselves.

Get a grip
If we were players, we'd never make the LDV first round, nevermind the CL semi final.
Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom- 2 years1year 0.5 years
Crouch up front for me in the next leg and Torres on the left. He can absolutely crucify Ferraira and come into the action late and not get kicked around by Terry.
It's going to be tough, but we definitely have the ability to beat them.
We were superior to them the whole game and have to take some confidence into the second leg.
Cech pulled off some incredible saves.
Please someone explain to me how Ballack moving his elbow towards the ball in the penalty area is not a penalty.
Terry and Carvalho were taking turns assaulting Torres the entire game, it was blatant and disgusting.
Drogba deserves to play for Chelsea.
Chelsea's luck has to give in at some stage, it is a mystery how the two games at Anfield have resulted in two draws.
As I said, it will be tough, Rafa's toughest task since Instanbul, but if we do go there and win, I feel it will not only give us confidence for the final, but also the belief that we can mount a title challenge next season.

Is he out of the return leg, if he is unavailable and JAR plays he will score. It is just another of the footballing fates.
I said in another thread I thought we would win by virtue of a 2-2 at their place. I will go further and say it will be 1-1 after 90 mins then they will score in the first half of extra time and we will score in the second and go through. This is because I have always thought that it was an unfair rule and it will now come back and make me a hypocrit.

I've got Mancs here this morning saying some unbelievable stuff.
Three of them have all just concurred that they started the game hoping for a Chelsea win, but as the game wore on, with Drogba's theatrics and Terry's thuggery ever-present, they actually felt some disappointment/injustice when Riise headed home the OG!
Incredible. That demonstrates just how loathsome Chelsea really are.
Four minutes of injury time was a ****ing disgrace.
Same in our office. Although they laughed hysterically at the own goal, all the Mancs here agree that Drogba should be shot. A lot of players dive and play act, but that cunt takes it to a whole new level. A United fan even told me he felt for us!
What can you say? Gutted- would have been disappointed with 1-0, but 1-1
is a disaster. Was thinking we shouldve brought Finn on & moved Arbs to
LB when Fabs Aurelio got injued, but hindsight is 20-20. Not really
blaming Riise, but to head a ball at that height is very hard to
understand.
Still think we'll go thorugh mind - despite our record at their place.
As long as we dont get another dodgy ref who backs Dogbra's diving &
hands out 30 minutes injury time again, that is.
On a side note, I could get very used to seeing Al-Ansari's missus
around.
Very nice.
Been wearing me Barca scarf here- hoping not to get beaten up.
Oh and Torres is going to get a lot tougher treatment next season. Don't see why some people last night were giving him stick. He's been great this season, no doubt about it
Players gave it more than 100% last night. Sometimes luck just isn't on your side and you've got to accept it and move on
I hope we score next week but like it's been said we haven't scored there for quite a while. One thing I hope is that the players put in the same effort as last night...then we'll have a decent chance

What a surprise that the media hasn't mentioned that Drogba dived a million times but when Stevie did it once it was in all the papers in big letters.
At least I got the title to the thread right.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.
