Kuyt to make the difference?

I actually think that if Kuyt could score 10 PL goals next year it would make a big difference for us. I think he is capable of it too. I think this seasons Cl form and last seasons league scoring indicate it is not as far from happening as many of the responses in this thread make it out.

I agree, he does have the potential to weighin with 10/12 goals in the league and that would be the equivelant amount to what Rooney scored for the scum this year, and only 2 short of Tevez's goals. This would make a huge difference for us, esp away from home where Kuyt often has to work twice as hard to make anything happen for us.

Well if you say so, then he obviously must be.

As for comparing him to Ronaldo, he is a foreigner in the Premier League playing right wing / forward. It wouldn’t make much sense to compare him to someone like David James.

why don't we take the comparison a step further - the sooner both of 'em are out of the premiership, as far as i'm concerned the better!

one is ****, the other one makes our rivals champions.

I think Kuyt will have his best season yet next season.With a better RB he`ll be able to concentrate on attacking more and will be able to cut inside(Ala Ronaldo) an score a few more goals.Kuyts problem last season was that his job was to cover ALL of the right side.

no no no no no no no the only good thing about kuyts game is his work rate during a game everythink else about his is crap,he isnt even a good striker and he dosnt have any kinda pace to be a winger lol plus and here is the decideing factor for me,to play in that role and be effective so have to beable to do 2 things,beable to beat the players and cross a ball and kuyt cant do any of that...

if i was incharge id sell him and keep crouch,i think crouch brings more to the squad than kuyt and crouch can score witch is sumin kuyt carnt do......

He brings other players into attack so well, such a great help to Torres, Gerrard and an attacking fb. I would love to keep Crouch, but he wants to go and unless Rafa wants to change formations he would be wasted.

The problem there is Crouch would command a decent fee - despite having only a year left on his contract - because he's a good player and a good goalscorer.

We'd be lucky to get £5m for Kuyt and I could only imagine a Dutch club wanting him.

Going by his last 10-15 games of the season i'd actually keep Kuyt but no way should he be a starter for us next season, no ****ing way.
3rd/4th choice striker and maybe the odd stint wide on the right.
