by claiming he's a waste of money you're basically writing him off. and if it's not on the friendly apperances then it must be on his performances over the last couple of yeras in the EPL....in either case you're a bit

Aye, was a few signing it at back of Kop. Made me cringe tbh. Same areas as were singin the Barry song.

Some lad started singing "wank scouse" back at em.

1 man from London was complaining to a steward about the facilites at Anfield.

Ok there not brillant but what can the steward and were "building" a new stadium anyway so nothing is gonna change.

There was an Asian girl who was sat infront of me taking pictures of herself for the whole game instead of watching the match.

Wouldnt expect this chant once the real games kick off.
What are you on about? Of course last night was only 12 year olds? There was a major proportion of regulars there last night me included and i can tell you ynwa always is clapped half way through! If you have never heard that before maybe its you that needs to get to more matches! Its always clapped before the second walk on chorus! I find it a bit offensive anyone saying that proper fans didnt go last night! And alot of your points idiotic!

There were a lot of younger FANS that went last night that will not be at the Liege game and that will be down to ticket availability.

It was a great opportunity for the parents to take some younger fans along without having to worry about ticket allocation, although the fact that kick off was delayed meant a few failed to finish their bevvies on time.

The atmosphere was obviously different but it will be for some of the matches ahead.

Of course we'll sing his name, but you dont seem to realise who the best supporters in England at making up new songs for their signings are. We're not like everyone else so it wont "travel with him". I'm genuinely staggered that you believe we'll take some crappy song from the Mancs, Sunderland, Spurs and use it. Newcastle would, Fulham would, us? No chance.

Incidentally, what do you thing of the Keane song thread on RAWK? http://www.redandwhitekop.com/forum/...opic=225193.80 the site frequented by a hell of a lot of regular match goers, they dont seem to realise we're nicking the mancs song and using it yet, stupid people!!

£500 is fine, though I want a few conditions, it's obviously up to you if you agree to them or not. No friendlies, I'm not potentially losing £500 as a group of 11 year olds who can never afford to go to proper games nick a song and try and sing it at home to Lazio or something while all the regulars are at home saving for the proper games. And the Sunderland and Man Utd games taken out, not because I'm bothered about it being sung by our support but it will be by theres, certainly at Sunderland, and that could lead to anything like you getting 20 friends to sign up and getting them to say it was sung by us, or anyone who dislikes me on here being able to say it was sung by us, so I want any confusion avoided as it'll just lead to arguments about it. Other than that, nothing else I can think of and there will be about 50 other games for it to be sung with the League, CL and Cups. You think it'll be taken over by us so I'm sure it'd be sung at some point in those 50 games if thats the case.

Looks like you lost then. Keano,Keano was sung quite audibly tonight by sections of the crowd.

Lost what? There was no bet in the end so unlucky with the bump.

"Sections". A few whoppers in the Anny Road end you mean which was subsequently booed and his real song aired?
