You know what **** united they might level our league title record but we have made the ****ers earn it and not just handed it over to them. This season has been great experience for the whole team and with the finishing touches put into place in the summer next season will be better IMO. We are the best team in the country at the minute and it is only those draws that have cost us.

Hopefully City and Arsenal will do what most of the other teams haven't done this season and grow some balls and take the game to the wankdogs and show them for what they really are.

oh yeah i forgot to mention if Torres and Gerrard had stayed fit we would have won the league by now.

United are so overrated it is a joke. They have won games on past reputation this season with teams looking at the fixtures and writing them off before they have played them. We go the their gaff and show them up for what they really are and yet other teams still n over and take it.

I think Barca will be on fire in the final as united will play their system which will give barca all the room they need and messi and co will do the rest. Unlike the chavs united will open up and go for the throat which will play into barca's hands.

But they have still won. So far.

Time yet. Three massive games for them now before we travel to West Brom. I think we'll be in with a shot on the last day, but the Arsenal draw will cost us.

Times I've checked Redcafe this year and seen their little graph which shows LFC's usuall title challenge. Been a great attempt. Come tomorrow we may well see the end of this thread for good.

I expected 82 points at the start of the year, we should beat that. Good season if we get 86, that would win the league most years.

We are still improving and if it wernt for the dip in the middle of the season or Gerrard and Torres getting injured every two minutes we would be champions by now. Next season add another quality player into the mix and we should do even better.

Biggest regret if we finish within 4 points is that if Stoke wernt in the prem we would be champions.

But on the other hand if were losing to united twice if both games stayed 1-0 we would be 18 points behind...

Agree with that 100%. I know its if and buts. However even if we miss out on the title it has been the best season for 15 years or since we won the title. Lets face it with united so strong with their finances as well as the chavs it is harder for us the win the league but we are slowly putting a team that is more than capable of winning the league IMO.
