If we are beaten it'll be nothing to do with previous results. Winning does not increase the likelihood of losing.Originally posted by pablo1981 View PostWe've road our luck a bit in these CL qualifiers at times over the last few years IMO. It might well come back and bite us in the arse one year, that's all I'm saying.

Yeah, we had a lucky 4-0 win at home against Toulouse last yearOriginally posted by pablo1981 View PostWe've road our luck a bit in these CL qualifiers at times over the last few years IMO. It might well come back and bite us in the arse one year, that's all I'm saying.
Why all the negativity? Lets get behind the team and show our support. I reckon they will do the business tomorrow night, 3-0.Jellyfish are 97% water or something, so how much are they doing? Just give them another 3% and make them water. It's more useful

The thing that's making me laugh at some of you guys is; 2 weeks ago liverpool probably had their worst game in living memory. Do you really thinl SL were that good? I for one don't.
The fact of the matter is if we up our game even 50% compared tp the first leg we'd win this. I am sure Standard are a real force in the Belgian league and they gave us a game last time out, but we made them look good.
There is no way that SL will beat us tonight, there is no way we will play as bad as 2 weeks ago and there is no way we will not score2 or more goals tonight. Will they score who knows, maybe, but one thing is for sure we ain't going out.
This is the stepping stone to a great year for Liverpool FC on the pitch, this is our year.
Keep the faith
YNWA.
By the way I'd go with 3.0
