Fact is we need some good wingers to win the title. However, Kuyt and Yossi do decent jobs in those positions considering that they aren't their natural positions. Right wing is JP's position yet he is piss poor in it. I'd like to see what he does if he played in Kuyt's natural position or Yossi's natural position....my guess is not a lot

I know Kuyt gets a lot of stick on these boards but I don't see what more he can do when played out of position. He's been asked to be a work horse on the right and that's what he does. Not enough to win the title but that's Rafa's choice

Mate I agree with you but the problem comes back to the owners and their lack of cash.Quality wingers are at a premium and seemingly out of our price range.I wouldn't say that JP is a poor winger but not a definate starter in a premiership winning side I fear. To me he is a good squad player and in the perfect world he would be back up to Silva or Quaresma or whoever you feel suitable for the job. It just pees me off the way 'fans' critisize JP.It's uncalled for
