indeed. come on laptop and wireless broadband in the kopOriginally posted by Rashid View PostThe Rafa bashers are in the match thread congratulating him for his tactics. What a stupid post.
We were superb today and it all of us want more of the same. It's amazing what a bit of width, players in their correct positions and a positive attitude can do. ;-)
yesterday had as much to do with a little bit f good fortune as well as anything rafa did.
oh and rafa must be listening because we played with width and pace yesterday which would cause any team loads of problems. lets hope it carries on against stoke

But that is the point, dont you see?Originally posted by rudedog View PostWhat do you want? A badge? Even Whiskey face gave credit for our performance.
No real Liverpool fan could do anything but give credit for that performance so what you are saying is utterly pointless.
If you criticise, you get called a 'manc' or a wum etc, and not a real Liverpool fan.
The rafa bashers are giving credit where it's due, and it seems like they just react as they see fit, they criticise when things are done wrong and they give credit where it's due.
I think that comes across as fairly reasonable.
But anyway, we beat the mancs yesterday and we're over the moon about it, so it's not really the time for silly arguments, at the end of the day, who gives a monkeys? We won and that's the most important thing.

I love the arrogance of these people who dont rate Rafa...... i Honestly believe they think they would do a better job than Rafa ......maybe he sneaked on to est and perhaps he will credit you lot in his match programme next week as its you lot he listened to.
See Rafa we told you what to do, now u did it look how great we are. Nothing to with fergie's **** formation, our determination, a bit of luck when needed.
you lot constantly slag the manager off without knowing the ins and outs of his decisionsm, the man deserves so much more credit than any of you lot give him for_____________________________________
Weak willed, Wank or do they have a masterplan?
Think we have the answer..Slot!!

It's getting monotonous now.

What's the problem? People are giving credit and rightly so.
And the fact is, several people HAVE been saying we need more width, a higher tempo and a positive attitude in our play. Yesterday we had all three things and we won.
What's monotonous is the consistent attacks on the same posters time and time again, even when they're giving credit.
How about either offering a contrasting viewpoint, backed up with well thought out points, as opposed to just posting a petty insult here or there?
Failing that, just ignore posts that wind you up.

I'm not really sure whats sadder, complaining about things that can or can not fix the team, or actually deciding after we beat the scum to actually use that as an example to BICKER with one another. Of all the teams to win against and this. Depressing is what it is. FINALLY beat UTD after sooooo many years. Leave your ****ing handbags and egos alone for a few days.

Our standard? Obviously as we don't agree with you it's not upto standardOriginally posted by Darth Marty View PostIt wasnt long ago that I thought Craig was a good poster and actually brought some balance to the whole arguement. Christ he must have been kidnapped and brainwashed by Rash/Sarb because he is not far off their standard recently.
Lighten up fella.

Like I said we played with an attacking mentality and where we had players in their preferred positions and we won. That's been our main gripe and when it was addressed yesterday the result was positive
So I don't see how people can come on and say we were proved wrong....when in fact we were proved right
We're all Liverpool fans. If I was a scum fan I wouldn't waste my time making 2000 posts on a Liverpool forum. Common sense really

Ahhh but no, the difference is that most of the Rafa bashers on here are simpletons who are too impatient and unable to see the bigger picture about what Rafa is building here. Yesterday was a glimpse of where we are headed and most Liverpool fans know that, which is why Rafa is loved so much.Originally posted by Craig_H View PostThe difference between the 'rafa bashers' and the 'rcdnw' is that the rafa bashers tell it like it is and give credit for a performance like today and the rcndw lot give credit regardless.
Shame there is a minority of impatient simpletons who cannot understand

The Rafa haters hardly say what needs to be said. If you listened to them you would believe that the first 5 games is how Rafa wants his team to play. Yesterday was how Rafa wants his team, total and complete domination of the opposition.
Give them no time on the ball and defend from attack and keep them penned into their own halfs. Keane was superb at this yesterday along with Kuyt, pressurising their defenders as soon as they had the ball leading to sloppy passing and mistakes.

The fact that we were strong in the middle and really benefited from width for the first time arguably shows that people had a point when they questioned the idea of spending big on Barry as a top prioity.Originally posted by Woobus View PostThe Rafa haters hardly say what needs to be said. How do you know he still wouldnt have bought a winger? It was going to be Alonso out for Barry, so there still would have been room for Riera. Lets not forget we were also after Riera at the start of the summer.Originally posted by Operation View PostThe fact that we were strong in the middle and really benefited from width for the first time arguably shows that people had a point when they questioned the idea of spending big on Barry as a top prioity.
