This is what annoys me...people are calling for more youth, saying we have to give youngsters a chance, but once they are given a chance, people aren't giving them a chance to develop. One bad game and they are completely written off! Let's have a bit of patience!

I believe in the fact that each choice which is made leads to a different outcome. Maybe if Nemeth was a first teamer, he could have picked up a slight knock in a game and missed that Hungary game and not picked up a worse injury?

Maybe he would have broke every bone in his body due to a career wrecking tackle on Torres if he had of been promoted. Even for you this stance is ludicrous.

Well it's just a thought. Probably for a different forum, but different choices lead to different conclusions no?

Yup and maybe in a parallel universe Nemeth is scoring for fun in the Premiership. Still dont think that kind of reasoning is best used in these circumstances.
Was Nemeth not promoted to the first team this year? I know he has been gave a squad number for the first team.

No that is not quite right. Most people are calling for a proper hierarchy of players getting first team games. And the order of that hierarchy is Nemeth, Pachecho and then possibly Ngog.

As lightweight as Pachecho is, he didn't get a sniff of a chance. Ngog needs to do what Nemeth and Pachecho have done in the reserves to earn the same respect.
                  One tit for another.

and that is why imo crouch got pissed off and left.

I think his misus turned his head, started to believe his own hype, started to make demands and released he was in no position too. Like him as a guy and a player but they all need to stick to what the boss asks of them, there is only one Boss at the Club and his say is the law

Crouch was never going to be happy sitting on the bench most of the time, and he was never going to displace Torres so there wasn't really ever going to be a different outcome.

                                Sums it up for me.

I think Ngog will be sold next summer for £2m-£3m.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.
