This is what annoys me...people are calling for more youth, saying we have to give youngsters a chance, but once they are given a chance, people aren't giving them a chance to develop. One bad game and they are completely written off! Let's have a bit of patience!

No that is not quite right. Most people are calling for a proper hierarchy of players getting first team games. And the order of that hierarchy is Nemeth, Pachecho and then possibly Ngog.Originally posted by donpisci View Post

I think Ngog will be sold next summer for £2m-£3m.Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.
