Personally I think Kuyt should be playing up top. Him and Torres would work a treat IMO. When given a crack up front he scores.

The first worst post ever (I don't think it will ever be topped to be honest) was when some guy started a thread off here http://www.est1892.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=55829. He basically said that Gerrard was as a person, a ****ing asshole like as if he knew him personally. He then proceeded to claim Hyypia handed over the captaincy.

Where does that rank with the worst ever post in your opinion?

Babel and Torres, Torres and Kuyt could all work to be honest. And I stick by that. For those that struggle to read or understand, I don't see the point of playing Kuyt on the right wing when when he's be given a go up top he's scored goals or created opportunities

I'm willing to give him time. I don't think last night was the arena to judge Ngog in and just think, if in a few years he develops the way he could then he could form a part of a wholy villianous and mouthwatering squad featuring Patcheco, Duran, Bruna, Nemeth, Torres and Babel. The potential is definately there, as it is with all of our youngsters, time will tell everything but for the time being I'm happy to wait for Ngog.

Great dragback to create the chance at the near post. The decision making will come with age and experience.

I see your point. Personally I don't think he's ready either, but game time will help him get to that stage. Whether or not a game against Atletico was the right stage to blood him is another matter.

But as we all know we were virtually qualified prior to that game I don't see the problem with him playing. Worst case scenario is we end up 2nd in reality. so it was hardly a massive risk. Better him play in that situation than in the Prem where we have to win every game.

What I would add is that there are players better than him in the reserves more deserving of a spot on the bench, but with Torres out we have a shortage of strikers.
