Post Match Recriminations - Hull City

Should have been 3 points today. 8 points dropped in the last 4 home matches.

Lets keep it all in here please lads, no flood of 20 "sack Rafa threads"
I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
    Mine angry and defrauded young?

How did Kuyt get to stay on the pitch for the full 90? If that had been Keane he would have been dragged off after an hour.
Jellyfish are 97% water or something, so how much are they doing? Just give them another 3% and make them water. It's more useful

I think we're having some off the pitch problems which are affecting our performance.

I don't have a clue what's going on with Agger, Keane and Babel, but something isn't right there.

Very disappointing, we're missing Torres badly. Stoke, Fulham, West and now Hull. Not good enough.

That's a lot of home points now and can't be blamed on players or luck. Inevitably that responsibility is on the manager. 4 straight draws, even I called that before the game started, but I had it as 1-1.

If your own fans are calling home fixtures as draws then you know there's some trouble brewing. Not league winning form I'm afraid, we do finish a season strongly but manure and Chelsea are true PL champions and have the experience. We don't.
            One tit for another.

more confident playing away from home these days. we've got absolutely no punch up front when torres is out. dirk tries his best but he isnt great target man, his first touch was so heavy today. rafa still makes some strange substitutions. we need a goal and have only one striker on the bench and he doesnt get a run out. bizarre

That is an example of why we I can understand the point of view that we won't win the league under Rafa. He deserves to be slated for today. Bringing on Lucas for Mascherano when we need a ****ing goal.

Keane should have been on for Kuyt after 60 minutes. If it had been the other way around he would have dragged Keane off. Dirk was woeful today. Rafa constantly does ridiculous substitutions. How many more dropped points to **** at home before the stubborn idiot realises it?

                I am fuming.

8 points dropped to Hull, Stoke, West Ham and Fulham at home.

I am more pissed of at Benny. Great assist for Gerrard but time and time again he was knocked off the ball or was right next to another player on the inside. He got in the way of two shots and managed to catch the ball on the heel during two promising attacks.

I hope we sign someone like Mendy, Zaki or Valencia. They have some power with their pace and skill. Something seriously lacking in our game. Only Gerrard offers this but it's not enough.

Rafa's use of the subs was nothing short than shocking!

El zhar and Lucus????? changes should have been made at half time with Kuyt going off for Babel and keane coming on for Yossi then pushing babel up top with Keane. Crazy. This is going to cost us now as united will beat spurs then they go 4 points behind with a game in hand and we go to Arsenal next week. Poor poor rafa today.

It's getting harder to post positive comments with our home form of late. However hat's off to Hull, they've beaten a few good teams away this season and really took it to Utd too (4-3 at OT).

However we're top of the League & won our Champions League group so we're in our best position for years.

But I do feel these draws will come back and bite us, and Rafa's subs are baffling. Also we don't need Mascherano & Alonso at home - we've got firepower and we shouldn't be afraid to use it. I don't mind El Zhar coming on as he's looking better by the game, and an attacking option. Why Lucas came on when Keane is on the bench cosfuses me though.

Still, we do get stronger as the season goes on - we need to hope Utd & Cheslea slip up and that we really steam ahead now with no mistakes.

Zero class in attack. Playing the carthorse up front on his own at home is a ****ing joke!

Aye, could see this one coming a mile off- even when were were tearing into them at 2-2.
As I said, I love Rafa, but decisions like today make me really question my faith. Had he brought on Keane & Babel & we'd still drawn, I'd be a whole lot less depressed, but that was just inexplicable. The tactics hurt more than the draw by some distance.

Scum v Chavs for the league again- time to mope over Xmas again. Inexplicable.
                          3rd place. Worst champions ever.

                            sack rafa.

why play 451 at home against hull?
why play kuyt upfron on his own when 2 1/2 seasons have shown he's crap in that role?
                            why play doseena?
why leave babel on the bench until so late and bring on el zahr and lucas (ffs lucas when we're chasing a last minute goal)?

rafa's in super tinker, i know best self destruct mode. if we got rid of him now we'd have a fighting chance, instead we give him a new contract when he's shortcomings from when he first came here are there for all to see.

i feel sick we've dropped points at home to stoke, fulham, west ham and now hull!
