    Hang on guys!

If you spent 20 Million on something wouldn't you be careful with it?

Seriously though - Rafa what the hell were you on today?

      Couldnt agree more mate.

We usually have the same-is opinions on stuff tho- can you explain the (lack of) subs today, cos that sort of thing really does make you ask serious questions.

          Terrible - absolutely pathetic.

We simply don't have the bottle or the personnel. The players believe in their own hype - something which I said a long time ago, will bite in our arses.

Great game of football .. I enjoyed it ... Benny was ****e .. Gerrard .. What a Legend .. Credit to Hull you can see why they have the best away record in the Lg .. Lets see how the Mancs do at Spurs and Chelsea at West Ham ... not the end of the world .. a loss could have been a disaster ... Played well created lots of chances ..

Some proper idiotic comments in this thread. Not having it, I'll keep editing them out all day if I have to, if people keep breaking the site rules about respect, which they obviously haven't read, they'll face the consequences. Criticise the team for the performance, or the manager for his decisions, but anyone throwing some of the insults I removed above has no right to call themselves a lfc-fan
I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
              Mine angry and defrauded young?

This forums like a train wreck on days like these.

Ugly and disturbing but hard to look away.

Yes, hard to see why Keane didn't come on (though many people saying that were saying he wasn't good enough yesterday). Hard to see why Kuyt stayed alone up front. Lucas coming on also questionable. Lack of finishing extremely dissapointing.

But end of the day we're 2 points clear at top and Chelsea have 1 game to play this weekend, not 4 or 5.

Whatever happens come next weekend we're still very much in it. We're still having one of our best ever PL seasons. We're still in with a good chance of fighting for the title.

Pissed off at the result. It's impossible not to be.

But it's ugly and disturbing to see all the "supporters' using it as a platform for hystrionics and hissy fits.

                ****ing disgusting.

I expect these types of comments from Mancs on mixed boards. Not from our own fans.

Season after season it's the same ****in story. Defensive formations against ****e like hull and stoke at home. 32 million pounds of attacking talent warms the bench while impotent donkeys like Kuyt and Benayoun huff and puff against the mighty hull.

I've posted elsewhere that I had no issue with the starting XI or formation. I wouldn't have started Yossi but there you go.

But I am at a loss to explain Rafa's use of substitutes, aye. It looks like he's got his favourites and Dirk is one of them. He's not a centre-forward for me and he endured an utter nightmare today. Had Keane played so abysmally we all know he'd have got the hook.

Rafa get rid of the stuborness or your going.
Bring Babel on with 8 minutes to go, great call, and dont bring on Keane.

Watching Kuyt today reminded me why we wont win the league. We have him up top, with no pace, no skill and mainly no touch. Couldn't even count how many times he mis-controlled or just made a hash of it today.

Quite embarrasing, on the right wing kuyt or nowere.

Pah, well done Rafa, throwing away a chance to win the league.

Both goals came from weakness at LB - this is the position that concerns me most. On another day we could have scored a hatful and all the moaners would be having a wank.

Wrong and wrong. Not today. The players had passion and some bottle, but some of them just don't have the talent in certain positions.

Its the managers job to fit the players to the right positions to get maximum efficiency. You wouldn't fit a cart in front of the horse, and then blame the horse. That's just madness.

Mascherano playing didn't stop us conceding twice, so why have him at all? Kuyt never performs up front, Keane is better there (not saying much for Kuyt's ability there then). Benayoun should have been replaced by pace (Babel) a lot earlier. All these pieces were ignored to try to get square pegs through round holes.

Arent we still top of the league or did i miss something??

Questionable substitutions and starting line up today but credit to Hull. We created more than enough chances to win and should have easily but hey ho that's the way it goes sometimes. Hurry up and get fit Torres!

It's not the end of the world.

Rafas love for Kuyt is hurting the team IMO Yes he works his socks off but he has one of the worst first touches i have ever see a player have along with no pace and really has little to offer the team as an attacker.
