And when you succeed by winning away from home putting internal divisions on match of the day is a ****ing joke. A very poor show by Carra and I'm glad arbeloa had the balls to stand up for himself.

FFS some of the comments on here are way over the top.

Carra was obviously wrong to let his emotions get the better of him but its a ****ing minor incident that probably happens in every sunday league game too. Carra was awesome today, easily man of the match as usual and some of you lot need to get over yourselves

I can't help feeling the reaction to the Carra/Arbeloa thing is making mountains out of molehills. Not dignified but nothing really to worry about.

Impressed (not for the first time) by the reaction of the Baggies fans.

Arbeloa did well to restrain himself, probably ****ting himself tbh, but he had every right to be pissed off at Carra screaming in his face whilst he's still getting up, a natural reaction. Regardless of how much better Carra is compared to Arbeloa, they're teammates 1st and foremost. You don't do that to a teammate on the pitch.

Sort it Rafa and put it to bed.
I concur..............I thought Carra was bang out of order and should appoligise to him big time..................I think Carra is great and love his enthusism but he seems to be getting too big for his boots of late, eg ............he refused to play full back away to boro , a game that quite possibly and proberbly cost us the league , Not that Im blaming him , Rafa should have dealt with it better rather than put skyrtl there , Am I harsh or does anyone else think this?

Carragher has always been a cocky gob****e who thinks he's way better than he is. BUT that's why he is as good as he is. One proper tantrum in all the time he's been here is a small price to pay.

What is worrying though is that, and maybe this is me reading too much into things, he seems to more and more be acting like someone who thinks he's going into decline. And that + cocky gob****e is not a good thing.

Anyway, on positive note, a great goal by Kuyt. Would like some more like that please.

His book was brilliant. What was 'cocky' or 'gob****e' about it?

Whatever people feel about Jamie's actions yesterday, calling him a "cocky gob****e" doesn't sit right with me.

I think he behaved stupidly but yes, it was one poor moment and a very rare one at that.

For one thing, if he's a cocky gob****e, what the hell does that make you?
                              .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Loved Gerrards finish too, totally ****ed the keepers head up with the continual glancing to his right as if he was going to pass...then dinked it to his left...seeewpurb.
