he actually didnt play that bad today (apart from the nutmeg which led to our goal)

Definitely one of his better performances.

He's gone, completely gone and has been that way for too long. He's got something and could be a good player, but by **** he needs taking out of the firing line.

He was wank. Reading players ran rings around him all match.

He also runs like a girl.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

He's ****ing wank when anyone runs at him. We are **** at keeping possession and he is too far up the field too often when we lose the ball and their is massive spaces in our defence. Same with Johnson, he's better all round though but worth £18m?!

He needs shipping. Absolute ****ing liability far too often. Utter ****.

Have to admit, tonight for the first time I started sh*tting myself whenever they played the ball down his wing. Johnson on the other hand had the harder task of marking Di Maria and did a fantastic job.

Aye, another woeful performance from him. I just can't see him improving either.

The lad hasn't had cover all season, he's had to play virtually every game FFS and it is his first season in the first 11 proper.

As he's playing every game shouldn't he be improving then?

He's got potential and I'd keep him as cover but he desperately needs taking out of the firing line, his confidence and decision-making is shot to pieces.

He's played in a struggling side that's come under a lot of pressure in a lot games and has been totally without confidence. Also he's been identified as a weakness by most teams so is under constant threat and scrutiny, a disproportionate amount. Granted he's not dealt with it very well but in playing nearly every game we've had no opportunity to give him a rest - mentally and physically - and it's a lot for a novice to cope with. People are very harsh with him I think.
