Thanjk you.

As i've said, when analysing all of the facts, my only problem with rafa was that he seemed to approach games against ****e sides, with an disproportionate sense of caution, which i feel made us drop points.
That, and his cast-iron refusal to adapt some of his mindset, including the above.
The £13m per season/£27m over the past 3 years things are facts, and have been quite eye-opening.
I dont think you can expect anyone to turn us into champions with that kind of laughable budget.
I do however, think that some of rafa's philosophies, including the over the top levels of caution and stubborness (which meant he wouldnt lessen his cautious mindset), cost us to a point.
Craig, you need to take them splinters out your arse.
I find it quite strange the amount of people who now seem to be defending Rafa to the hilt over available funds, yet there doesn't appear to be any mention of the strange timing of his substitutions and often crazy tactical decisions.
I think a few may want to look back through some old post match threads.
Yes it is a sad day but anyone who is happy with finishing 7th needs to take their Rafa tinted specs off.
There were plenty of opportunities to kill games off, with an attacking display but yet he continued with the same old, in quite a few games.
How much did David Moyes spend, and they only finished two points behind us FFS.
He didn't get a minimum of 4th place and he needed to go, imo.
You have been given time and money to build the house and pool. That is a fact. Where is the house and pool? WHERE IS IT?!?!?!?
Do I get land? Do I get anything to start with? Rafa did not have to build from scratch, he already had the land if you like in Gerrard. He had the pool and he had the house, it need some tinkering to get it right.

That is subject, volume of money isn't

Why? So you can see some off the moronic posters that only come one when we are doing poorly? It is hardly a sensible way to judge anything.

Subjective and it ignores some of the other factors involved.

The last 2 seasons? More than Rafa has.

Which is a ridiculous requirement when the points total to get that spot was its highest in over 7 years and we had no money to spend and is as a massive oversimplification
Wow, what a pile of ignorant ****e. Course we have been close, we have our 2 highest points totals in a period when the points needed to win the league has been at its highest ever and if we are in a worse postition, it is because the club is saddled with debt, I guess that is Rafa's fault.
You are not a bright little boy are you.
So because he wasn't given Chelsea type money he is forgiven from winning the league and should never be sacked for failing to do so?
I have high expectation's of Liverpool, we probably could hire one of 100 **** manager's to win the league if we gave them Chelsea type money, if Rafa can only win the league if he has a huge transfer kitty than he isn't the manager for us.
I even remember reading on here that people don't want to win the league if they need to spend Chelsea type money, funny how things have changed.
I want us to win the league no matter what, I don't care how.

I'm sorry Matt but I can't agree with you there.
Some of Rafa's decisions last season were inexcusable, regardless of money.
I know there were regular posters who were posting in the match threads who also thought the same.
I know we don't get to know about players personal issues and fine line injuries and fitness but there were still some strange moves by Rafa.
Real Madrd and the Mancs away were the highlights for me in how we can well and trully beat teams but then totally headscratching at the other end of the spectrum.
You stand up for yourself oldschool, its good to hear other opinions rather than the wave of single sided crap because half dont have the ability to have an opinion of their own!

You are thick aren't you. Pathetic over simplification. Not only have we not had Chelsea's budget, we have not had United's, Arsenal's, Tottenham's, Villa's and City's. If you don't think that is a major factor then you are even thicker than I thought. A top of that, we have had to sell to buy, meaning that while we have a good first eleven, when haven't been able to bring in squad players. So, yes, it is ridiculous to expect us to win the league with those constraints. Muppet
It is also nice to see that you are pathetic and scabby enough to put words into my mouth regarding "Chelsea type money", that is low and cheap and shows exactly what type of person you are.
Funny I swear he had more than 1 player to work with. It's always a sign of weakness when you have to resort to name calling, especially first.
Really, because all you talk about it Gerrard. Aside from Carra and Hyypia, the rest of the team was not good enough.
And, no it is a sign of being pissed off with a thicko.

Fair enough mate, I just think the league expectations this year should have been adjusted accordingly with injuries, no money coming in and the points totals other teams got. Our points total in previous season would have got us 4th plenty of times.
