The problem for Kenny with me is.... I dont want to have to see him put up with the same **** from the board, owners etc... That Rafa did (it would be ****in heartbreakin). If we had the resources it wouldnt be a question. Who wouldnt want to see the man our fans affectionately and reverently hail as King take the reigns..... I just think at this moment in time.. Its not the one.

Being realistic and ruling with my head i would have to go with Hodgson.

          I'm surprised someone hasn't already.

I'd prefer Kenny over Roy of the rovers obviously.

                Sums it up nicely.

I was against him being pulled into the role, but if he wants it, well, who are we to say no.

                Let him have it

Has to be Kenny now. Get Gary Mac, Sammi Hyypia and Aldo in as backroom staff.

of those two def. Kenny, no doubt in my mind.

But I would prefer a third candidate all together, mainly because I'm nervous of how Kenny would fit in to the current mess at the club, and tbh. the last thing we need is another blowout between a manager and the owners/directors, which I could see happening with Kenny's heart for Liverpool.

That said, I can actually feel excited about having the King back, and one of the few candidates that can inspire hope in me at this point - something hodgson just can't no matter how grey people argue he is.

Kenny all the wa for me without a doubt! But the gimps running the club cant get anything right so we will end up with Hodgson.

I've seen 3 different polls on 3 different websites

All of them have Dalglish with overwhelming support (all over 90%)

Too right they will be unpopular but they wont care

Kenny for me also. Nothing against Woy but I'd like to see the king given a chance to hopefully resurect our decline.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

I must say I agree with the comments in this post from RAWK
                                --------------------

If we are competetive great. IMHO we have more chance of being competetive with Kenny at the helm.

If Kenny gets better than 7th he'll have done better than Rafa, no? So in basic terms we are looking for an improvement on this season gone. All things being equal... who's more likely to secure a better than 7th place finish, Kenny or Roy? I'd say Kenny.

But - and here's the key - who's more likely to keep/attract quality players, Kenny or Roy? I am biased because I am a Liverpool supporter but again I'd answer Kenny.

Who's more likely to get us fans onside quickly and galvanise support for the team (players and coach - not board of directors)? Kenny

Who's more likely to continue our progress with the youth team structure? Kenny

Who's more likely to understand the fans relationship to the club? Kenny

Who's more likely to do whatever it takes to see us walk on, out through the storm? Kenny

If the alternative to Kenny was someone like Van Gaal, Mourinho, Cappello or their ilk, I'd seriously advise Kenny to stay on his present role, given some of the points raised against his return are indeed valid. Unfortunately our budget extends only as far as Hodgson. I'd much rathet the money spent to secure him was given to King Kenny to add to what we assume will be a meagre transfer kitty.

On that note has anyone looked at Hodgson's record in the transfer market? Not particularly comforting either.
