anyone else think that they're a bit steep? I'll certainly be cutting down my attendance as a result

How much have they gone up by?Originally posted by redstaralex View Postanyone else think that they're a bit steep? Ah right, i get ya...Originally posted by Liverpool View Postnew season, tickets
Yeah, they went up...they are now split into different price ranges...A list games such as Arse, Utd, Everton etc are more expensive (£39 to £45 in the Kop i think), and then there's B and C list games...kinda makes sense, distinguishing between games...did we not do that before then?

Quick comparison:
Category A
Kop - was £37 - now £43 - +16.2%
Other stands - was £39 - now £45 - +15.4%
Category B
Kop - was £35 - now £39 - +11.4%
Other stands - was £37 - now £41 - +10.8%
Category C
Kop - was £35 - now £37 - +5.7%
Other stands - was £37 - now £39 - +5.4%
The result of the VAT change in January? A Category A Kop ticket at £43 will - in theory - go up to £43.91, so it could go up to £44 - equating to an 18.9% increase

The red mancs have been getting screwed for a couple of years now. Arsenal, Chelsea and Spurs are all expensive due to being in London. Not so sure about City, but i heard a rumour that tickets for our game there in August had gone on sale at £63

That's the point i am making tho...we as a club need to maximise our income to the best we can, yet our comparitively low ticket prices do not help us in this respect...Originally posted by Craig_H View PostThe red mancs have been getting screwed for a couple of years now.
