I don't agree with that. I think he's well aware he's very exposed right now and that a lot of fans aren't happy.

The trouble is he seems to want to deflect blame and attract praise rather than be a real leader, stand up for the club, take responsibility. Blaming the players, calling them the B team, insinuating the victory against Trabzonspor in the Europa League cancels out a defeat against a 4th Division side at Anfield, being unafraid to stand up to Ferguson's criticism of Torres rather than defending his own player, etc. He can do all that in private if he wants but doing it in public just make him look weak.

I didn't want him and I still wish we had Benitez but I don't want him sacked. I can't see who we could get who would be better and we all know the owners are the root cause of the problems.

I just hope he starts getting it right, on and off the pitch.
