He got rid of players such as Beardsley, Saunders and Staunton. Staunton in particular would have been a massive asset. I certainly think we could have won the title under Roy Evans we had a better left hand side - maybe having Staunton could have helped us.

personally, i didnt want hodgson and as such was quite vocal about that too.

but fact is he is here and is our manager and hasnt been given anyhwere near long enough for some of the bulls**t comments about him to hold water IMO.

as for raf, yes i wanted him out because again IMO he couldnt cut it and we would be just as poor this year if not more so had he stayed.

roy has handled the players well and through players comments about him that shows he has their respect. he will take time to stamp his authority ion the situation and i feel sorry for fans who cant ( or wont ) see that.
