He has the players respect first and foremost and if you can get their respect then you will have a group of individuals who will work hard for each other. I also like the fact that he is confident, he speaks well and is very positive in the way he conducts himself.
His Bolton team are industrious, creative and hard working and they play some decent stuff too. He did fantastically well at Burnley in bringing them up through the divisions. I take on board he hasn't won much in the way of trophies as such but this has been reflected on the clubs he's managed.
If he was at a bigger club where he has the money to support him and his plans for the club going forward then I am confident he would prove to be a success.



. Next up is wanting to see attacking football based on a pass and move game with the ball on the deck. Coyle did this at Burnley and was keeping their heads above water in the prem. Then he went to Bolton and he's turned a long ball team into one that plays football the right way.
