Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

O'Neil is a decent manager but we need a great one. If we can't get a great one we at least need to get the best one we possibly can. Rijkaard would be nice, as would Descamps. Both have proved they know how to win and both have good past pedigree as players - not essential but it helps when you are inexperienced.
Villas Boas would be my number one choice. In an ideal world I'd play out the season and see how he finishes with Porto. But I'd happily take the gamble now, he looks destined for greatness and tailor made for the LFC job.Forwards.......Comment
