Yeah to be honest Soto has been a good player even though he has been **** player we didn't pay much for him which makes him a good signing for a **** player. His aerial ability makes him a terrific player but he isn't very good but what makes him good is the fee we paid for him.

I think I'm confused but Im not sure

Don't worry, I think most of us are confused. I certainly was; I thought Mr Perkins was arguing that Kyrgiakos wasn't a good signing because he was a bad player which turned out to be the opposite of what he was really arguing. His thought process are way too deep for me to grasp.

        He's Est's Stephen Hawking.
        .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Are you sure? Because I'm not sure that you are sure and if you are not sure then I cannot be sure but if you are sure I'm still not sure that you are sure.

I think they're his initials - I'm pretty sure his full name is LDP Perkins.

Reecer says we have to drop the LDP - I think that's daft but he's a mod so we just have to get on with it. Just calling him Perkins seems a bit disrespectful though and makes him sound like a schoolboy so it's got to be Mr Perkins from now on.

Of course that makes him sound like a teacher but I suppose, in a way, he is.

Seriously though, behave you lot, just because Fredo's not here anymore

Reece is totally spot on with what he posted above btw, I'd have said the same only probably less politely. Its pretty distasteful reading everyone pick on a poster for the heinous crime of being a bit confused and contradictory on the internet. I'm sure everybody involved has always been 100% consistent in their views.....
I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
                          Mine angry and defrauded young?

I don't see how anything I've posted on this thread is the least bit disrespectful to Mr Perkins. Quite the opposite in fact.
