All I did is respond to your post about rumoured links to Utd, with a relatively rational argument that was completely related to what you said, and your only response was to make a pathetic comment about periods rather than addressing one single word I actually said. I do find football talk a bit boring if I'm honest, and I have no intention of keeping up with the rumours until the players actually join or leave. And I certainly have no intention of getting all Sarbed up by them.

Your post started with 'Who gives a **** about Utd' then the remainder of your post was largely about Utd anyway. I mentioned about centre back targets and CL football. Didnt say go out and spend **** loads of money on a centre back

And Ill take issue with the 'to be fair to chris' because his posts were total bull**** for the most part accusing me of things I hadnt even posted.

Well, I'm with Chris and MrM. You're a "glass a fifth full" kinda guy on here. A lot. Sometimes I think you just do it to get a reaction, other times I think it's like an uncontrollable stream of consciousness. Maybe it's somewhere in between.

As amusing as this all is, I have to back Sarb up a little bit. There is **** all to talk about so not debate our opinions of the rumoured transfer targets. Last summer, with the exception of Sakho, most of our targets were well known in the papers so I'd say there is a fairly good chance we are looking at Lovren, Caulkner and Bertrand, as well as others for those positions.

I'd rather keep Agger then buy Lovren for big sums, and being realistic, he was transfered for 8 million last summer and Southampton will not sell for under 15 million IMO. Caulkner I'd be OK with for about 8-10 million but I think we could get better players in.

Sometimes I get the feeling we are trying to be too clever in the market.

I happen to agree with Chris that you are among the biggest drama queens on the forum at the moment and quite regularly post hyperbolic statements, whether about Suarez last summer, our transfer business in Jan, the title run in or our transfer business now - that's fair enough if that's your thing, you're entitled to your opinion as much as anyone, but you can't expect to post like that on a discussion forum and not have people respond can you?

As for targeting, didn't you just call Chris a fkw? Seems to me he gets it as much as anyone... and only partially deserved That makes no difference whatsoever to the appropriateness or not of juvenile sexism, especially when made in response to a normal post talking about the football.

I think it'd be better for all if Agger moved on. He's too good to sit on our bench so both club and player need to move on before it gets messy
