Biggest point for me.

I noticed they wanted to see us competing in the next 3-5 years.

I also noticed that they mentioned "certain players are being over paid" and that this pretty much runs for the next 2-3 years.

So basically they are saying we will be competitive when we are rid of the players who are being over paid.
