If Merson was a superb player, i am sure he might've got somewhat more than 21 caps. Especially as he often played on the left of midfield - england's notorious 'problem' position.


And i've never known any 'Liverpool fan' describe a Liverpool player as 'poison' or saying they should 'shut up' when they're being attacked by some imbecile who is known for taking pot-shots at our club.

Dan, he did well at lesser clubs. He wasn't a top player, he just didn't have the mental strength to be like that. There's more to being a top player than turning it on for Middlesbro in the Championship or having the odd good game for Villa when they were mid table. He was no more excellent than Lee Sharpe.

Mate we've had enough dirty laundry out in the public eye to last our great club a ****ing lifetime. We have a legend managing us now and we all want a fresh new start in which we can be united and concentrate on just football and not off the pitch ****e, childish **** like this is embarrassing for a guy that earning over 100 grand a week, he needs to seriously shut up, take in on the chin like every other footballer at some point, get his head down and starting putting in good performance for his club.
