i'd start throwing random plastic things in his near proximity, along with note that that should keep him busy making his very own plastic flag, whilst their physio does his magic on his hamstring
This page does not reflect well on the 'greatest supporters' in England. Have you never left your job to go to a rival company? And have you never professed your love for your current job whilst secretly checking out the job ads? And have you never responded to being fibbed to again and again by your bosses thought to yourself that in the circumstances you should only think about number one?
Why do you expect footballers to be different?
I wish people wouldnt come out with argument. you cannot compare me leaving my job for more pay because i, like most people, need to make enough money to pay my bills, need to make enough money to feed myself and my wife in retirement. Secondly, my company didnt pay 20m to my previous employer for my services, customers of my business dont idolise me and wear shirts with my name on the back.
finally, i, need to give at least 4 weeks ****ing notice!
I don't doubt or disagree with his motives for leaving, just the manner in which he did. Had he gave everything for the club for the rest of the season I'd have let him go then with my blessing if he still didn't want to stay.
I just hope that in the summer we can build and give them a run for their money next year. Coming above Chelsea next year would be the biggest possible two fingered salute we could give to Torres, just like winning the CL in 2005 was the biggest stick to beat Owen with.
If Chelsea win more trophies and finish above us in the league for the next 5 years then in terms of Torres, his move would have been justified. So my wish is we can ram it down his throat with more success at LFC.
Slightly different though isn't it - i didn't go to work in my previous job on £100k a week and get greeted at the door by 40'000 people singing my name and worshipping me every single day even when i turned up and couldn't be arsed doing anything on certain days....i also, as much as i hated my previous job to the point where i used to imagine crashing my car on the way to work so i didn't have to go, didn't treat them with utter contempt when i left - I was professional, handed in my notice, said bye to my friends, and when i left i was suprised that i was a bit upset....Plus also me leaving my previous job didn't effect the lives of thousands and thousands of people, should i carry on with the comparsions lol
Are you telling me that my customers do not worship me? Well, that's the last time I give them a few extra fries then.
