Thanjk you.

Ask for £8 you might get 5/6. Ask for 5/6 you might get 3. He's still a decent young striker in one of the best leagues in the world. The tat that gets £20m price tags put on them is ridiculous, about time we didn't just offload our players for peanuts.
4-5m would be fair evaluation as he is still only 22 and he has been playing at PL level for 3 years now.
That said, if rumours are true about us going after Dann, I wouldn't be surprised if we offer them cash + Ngog (McLeish wanted to sign him up before) and that is why our initial price tag seems to be overinflated.

That's not a bad shout actually.
Brum could do with another striker, and the Championship for a season at least might just be what N'Gog needs at this stage of his career.
Toughen him up a bit and he'll get goals in that league no doubt about it.

True. If Real Madrid/Barca were offloading a youngster with those stats we'd be creaming ourselves
I think he’s a decent enough player and can see some mediocre team buying him for about £5/6m and selling him on at a profit in a year or two for £12-15m.
Hope he does well wherever he goes...
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

There is clearly interest in the player (there was in January)
So you set the bar high and see what you can get
My guess is that we'll see him as a makeweight in a deal (maybe)
Yup, we're never going to say "Oh you can have him for £3m, but we'll take £2m."
If he had a lot of natural confidence I think he'd be a much better player.
Can't believe he's still only 22, seems to have been here for a while!
Good luck to the lad, he has a decent goals-to-minutes ratio and for £1.5m he's done an excellent job.
Sadly for him he probably had too much pressure put on him too soon, what with having to deputise for Torres. Should've been our third or fourth choice striker - certainly not second choice.
