He's definitely a much better player this season. The Evra bollocks was clearly affecting him last season, but he seems to have grown much stronger and doesn't seem to give a **** about criticism. He thrives from controversy. He's ****ing ace and the best player in the Premiership at the moment. I think Sterling will continue to develop a real understanding with Suarez, they could become the most lethal partnership in the league.

I think there are several factors that could contribute (not just an absence of Evra related ****e) but this season he has been excellent, far better than last. I'm inclined to think the style we play presents better opportunities for him now.Originally posted by dom9 View PostHe has really improved this season I think. He has become more clinical.
I think that Evra saga really did have a negative impact in him last season."The man who never alters his opinion is like standing water, and breeds reptiles of the mind."

King's Rd Luis? Chelsea confident they can sign Suarez if Guardiola becomes boss
17 Nov 2012 23:00
Roman Abramovich has dreams of linking the Liverpool striker with Radamel Falcao
Money maker: Suarez is valued in teh £50m bracket
Alex Livesey
Chelsea want Luis Suarez – and reckon they can land the Anfield star by installing Pep Guardiola as boss, writes the Sunday People.
Suarez’s agent is Guardiola’s brother Pere and Liverpool fear the link will trigger the Uruguayan’s exit.

Roman Abramovich wants former Barca chief Guardiola as his next manager and dreams of linking Suarez with Atletico Madrid’s Radamel Falcao, believed to be *heading Chelsea’s way in January. But in the background is Jose Mourinho, who would love to manage Chelsea again and whose daughter Tita has enrolled in a London college.
Mourinho is still on good terms with Abramovich and is keen to return to the Premier League, sensing his time at Real Madrid is up. But Chelsea fans may think Guardiola is the better option if he can guarantee Suarez’s signature.
Manchester City are also in the hunt but Chelsea will match their salary offer once they sell Fernando Torres.
Pep talk: Will Abramovich get his man?
Liverpool would demand £50million for Suarez – and Abramovich will pay it.
Guardiola is on a year-long sabbatical but People Sport can reveal eight clubs are interested in him – City included – and he will discuss his next move with advisers at Christmas.
But he will not have the field to himself. Mourinho, who returns to England when Real visit Manchester City on Tuesday, will be sacked unless he wins La Liga or the Champions League – and Real are adrift of Barca in the title race.
Roberto Di Matteo is seen as a stop-gap, and his stock fell further after yesterday’s defeat at West Brom. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Red alert! Juventus confident that can prise Suarez away from Liverpool
17 Nov 2012 22:30
The Italian giants are convinced the Anfield club will cave in to a mega-cash offer for the Uruguay striker
Most wanted: Suarez is also being chased by man City
John Powell
Liverpool striker Luis Suarez is a target for Italian champions Juventus.
According to reports in Turin, the Uruguayan is available at the right price — despite a promise from Brendan Rodgers during the week that Suarez is not for sale.
The player himself has also said he is happy at * Anfield and in the summer he signed a new contract that tripled his salary to £120,000-a-week and tied him to the club until 2016.
Juventus are believed to have had an enquiry for Suarez rejected in the *summer.
But they are planning to return again in January and believe he could be prised away from Liverpool if the Merseysiders get a healthy profit on the £22.8million fee they paid Ajax for his services in January 2011.
Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has *denied claims that he wants to take Suarez to the Etihad.
But Juve are *determined to test *Liverpool’s resolve over a striker they would value at £50m.
Yawn. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’
