Punishing him is clearly having no effect so why not try to help him, and do it in an open way so people can see he's trying. It's his best shot IMO.

I'm not sure I understand....not the instinct to bite. I understand that it is a part of - as I always call it - his demented and unhinged will to win. It's part of what makes him so good. A cliche but it's true. I've never seen a player like him, ever, in terms of ability and his way of playing, and more to the point his will to win. I find it infectious, fascinating and thrilling.
