So what is the point of our european away kit when we don't even wear it in european away games

Because we've only played 3 so far, and haifa play in green so it was a no, and PSV play in red and white so that was a no as well.

Don't know why we didn't use it in the bordeaux match, maybe we didn't have any available without the sponsor on it.

On a side note, might we get to wear it when we play watford away?

Thought the atmosphere was a bit flat last night, I was sat in 105 pretty much dead central. Odd being there atmosphere wise, anyone sit there for league games notice the same thing? I sit in 202 for League games (although low down, in front of the main singers) so you join in with them, but in the middle you tend to have 202 singing and also 107/207 on the Centenary Stand Side singing 3 or 4 seconds behind and at a faster pace. it's pretty difficult to join from the centre. if that makes sense.

by the way, i'm new. Hello!!

Lovely pass from Zenden to set up Stevie's goal.

Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

We were professional, patient, and effective in the end. You can only beat the team in front of you and we did. 3 pts. Job done. We never scaled the heights of the Villa game but it wasn't needed. Bordeaux were poor and we dealt with them without really getting out of 2nd gear. Victories in any form build confidence and for me that was the biggest positive from the performance. We are on a run, scoring freely, and doing the business.

Looks like Garcia and Alonso are injured though

we played like we knew who we all were rather than the bunch of strangers who met each other for the first time at Old Toilet.
We seem to have a step of confidence about us. Also the team combined well to set Gerrard up. reminded me of that league cup semi -v- palace in 2001 when everyone was trying to set Robbie up, even though they could have had the glory.

You should have gotten a pair of gloves.

Apologies if you've only got one hand.
