He is, isn't he. I've always tried to be a bit reserved when comparing him to other great players in the league but no one can touch him. He's incredible.

      Savage performance that today.

In the words of Darth Vader himself......."impressive, most impressive".

Liverpool have more points tonight than they did on October 23rd last year.

Collymore on the radio saying we need to sign a defender.

Every time I see Kenny giving his post-match, I still question how ****face was given the job in front of him....it beggars belief

                on and
I think Kuyt and Suarez should now have established themselves as our prefered front two. The offer alot of movement that Carroll doesn't and we play a better style of football with them playing together.
I'd pick Skrtel at right back next game regardless who's fit. He was outstanding

Last goal showed that carra is really losing his pace! a striker with real pace will skin him everytime! anyway awesome performance!!!!!!!!

                    Maybe but not necessarily,

He got skinned through his own doing not because Petrov was quicker than him.

If he hadn't have miscued it then they wouldn't have scored, simple as.

Nicest surprise of the game? How good was Skrtel at right back!! I was sure he'd go in the centre but he was outstanding at RB!!

Suarez was a handful as usual and should have scored, had 2 pens. But for me the trio of Adam, Lucas and Henderson were outstanding!!

Enrique is a great left back and what a ball he played into the area at the end.

Think we need a poacher in the box. Not sure if Bellamy is that person.

                                Duo hail Suarez masterclass

Jordan Henderson hailed the display of Luis Suarez after the striker gave another virtuoso display in the 3-1 win over Bolton.

The No.14 opened the scoring with his first goal for the club before second-half efforts from substitute Martin Skrtel and fellow newcomer Charlie Adam moved the Reds to the top of the table.

However, it was the menacing performance of Suarez that was the talk of the terraces at full-time.

Reflecting upon his early strike, Henderson said: "It was good to get the goal, not only for me but for the team too. We worked hard from start to finish. We created some good chances and overall it was a good day"

Asked about the display of Suarez, he added: "His movement is brilliant. He is always looking to get in behind and he is a nightmare for defenders really."

Henderson's thoughts were echoed by Stewart Downing who admits that the former Ajax man is a joy to play with.

"We all know he is a top player," he said. "He creates things and scores goals. He's great for us because he always wants the ball. He's had a long summer but it doesn't seem to be affecting him."

He added: "That was a very good team performance. It would have been nice to have got a clean sheet but you can't have everything."
