i was on row 10 on our left wing second half...... some spurs ****** fan gave bellamy some **** as he was on the touchline - basically called him a welsh ****......

bellamy spotted him and basically said "100 grand a week mate.........100 grand a week" - was fairly funny to be fair and shut the inbred cunt right up......

bellamy showed a lot of passion when he came on to be fair.......i reckon he will be good for us.......

also, spurs fans - some of them are fockin scum - one fat cunt and i nearly came to blows - i told him to shut the fock up when he was singing the "dirty scouse *******s.....yee killed yere own fans" - the idiot thought i was a spurs fan and started saying "yeah but they did" - guy next to be also told him to shut up then......

I really like that, though like Craig am not sure its needed v Wolves at home, would probably take Spearing out and have Maxi in the team instead. V Everton or Man Utd I wouldnt mind that at all though, Spearing isnt the best player but he's alright and crucially gives us bite and energy, something we were majorly lacking in the middle today.

I have no idea what Maxi has done to deserve so little game time. Every time he plays he makes something happen.
        100% agree with all this.

Today smacked of square pegs in round holes. Skrtel at RB, Carroll in midfield, Downing on the right. Just had too much discomfort to ever succeed. Granted, the red cards ****ed us but really and truly, we're asking players to do things that arent their forte. It makes it difficult.

Maxi's a classy player and perfect for pass & move football. His lack of game time is something i can only put down to Kenny insisting on playing Henderson, whether he's worthy of a place in the side or otherwise. Maxi also gives us balance, while Henderson never looks 'natural' or comfortable in a wide position.

Re your clever passing and movement comment - we dropped a bollock selling Meireles too, on that count. His game suits our philosophy perfectly too.

Have we ever lined up in a 4231 under Kenny? I can remember a whole host of different systems, but not that one.

Think that team would look good for games like today, but Adam in for the lesser sides.

That crossed my mind, but i was curious as to how we'd best fit him into that lineup. Would you put him central? Or wide right, with Kuyt up top? The latter would equate to a 442, unless Suarez plays off Kuyt.

I'd go for him on the right and move Dirk forward or keep that formation but just put Gerrard back and Maxi in his place.

The ONLY thing i'd question, is whether we'd need the protection of both Spearing and Lucas sitting in front of the back four, against Wolves at home. If one of the two can also provide some kind of attacking contribution, then no problem.

i know what you are saying about the 2 defensive midfielders but the alternative would possibly be Henderson in there - or maybe adam. I reckon at the moment, Spearing should be ahead of them - basically he came on today and wasn't half bad to be honest. I think we need to show the new signings that form and application is more important than reputation / signing on fee.......

maybe if gerrard had 5 or 6 prem league games this season behind him, then the midfield / attack could be something like:

                ----------------gerrard------------lucas---------------------

                maxi-----------------------------------------------downing

                ---------------kuyt----------------suarez---------------------

or even bellamy on the wing instead of maxi.....

kenny could find out what pressure is soon if he is not careful.....

also, a guy on the radio earlier was saying that "kuyt could turn out to be the new beardsley" - in that he could leave LFC for not getting chances when everyone can see he is quality - i fockin hope we see Dirk in next weekend again pronto......

Honestly, someone didn't do their homework before the game.

Kuyt should have played along with Spearing and Maxi.

He persists on playing the ball out from the defence instead of whacking it forward to put pressure on the opposition which is what a keeper should be doing. He does sometimes have great visibility and can launch one out to the wing but these are few and far between. By playing it out to the defender it puts the defender under pressure and all it results in is our game being slowed, the defenders being isolated and then him kicking it up and out of play for a throw in to them which is pointless and makes us susceptible to attack again.

He looked shaky today and couldn't really be arsed, he had that look on his face. I love Reina, he is a legend but perhaps it's time to start looking for someone else to come in maybe as long term replacement.
                    'ck sake.

If the transfer and selection evidence suggests it, maybe that isn't our philosophy. Maybe graft and a focus on crosses is what Kenny wants.

Maybe - but we're not doing that either. We havent exactly gone about our business obsessed with putting in crosses and loading bodies into the box.

I do worry that this will be his last year with us. I've thought that in previous seasons but if a place comes free somewhere more appealing he might be off, certainly without a CL spot

I'm sorry guys but he does make some **** ups and he has looked shaky of late too.

I'm just voicing my opinion here which I'm perfectly entitled to and imo he could be better. Just because he's a mainstay in our team doesn't mean he should be exempt from criticism no???

He is still a good shot stopper but he's been guilty of making a few errors. As well as that he looks like he can't be arsed and doesn't have the desire or will to win in his face anymore.

He constantly tries to slow the pace of the game down and that slows our tempo as a team which doesn't help. As I said before it is putting pressure on the defence then and all we end up doing is knocking it back to him anyway which is a ****ing pointless exercise in itself.

If we had four defenders that were comfortable on the ball and carrying it forward then that would be fine but we don't. Agger and maybe Johnson when he's playing are the only one's capable of doing this.

Sorry guys, I'm not on a wind up here it is genuinely how I see it.
