Shaun wright-phillips without a doubt, would be our new john barnes (but with a better long range shot). He was ****ing amazing the last season and a half at chelsea.

Got to be Micah Richards and if we have 8 mil it would be well spent going for him. Can play Fb and CB so really 4 mill per position a bargain in todays market. I very much doubt City would sell him for 8 though. I also like Leghton Baines from Wigan he is young and has a wicked shot. Another fave is Gareth Barry, how old is he? I am sure he would command a steep fee and might even be untouchable at Villa

Theo is a great prospect but I think if we were to add anyone to the squad it would have to be either a right back or a genuine holding midfielder in the Didi would. So i guess I would say Micah Richards as Owen Hargreaves is injured and they are the only two english players I would want for those positions.
