To be fair, it wasn't Evra who accused Finnan, it was some random Man U fans who claimed to have been lip reading.

That sounds.... excessive. Well if that is even remotely true then it really should have been picked up. I hope it isn't.

the big positive was hendersons cameo from a central position it is obviously going to be easier to do what he does best- keep the flow of the game ticking over, but we deserved the win i think. would have liked to see carroll and bellamy come on after united equalised especially as downing was unimpressive for the majority of the game.

Suarez is undoubtedly an excellant striker but his height does him no favours when it comes to trying to get balls in the air. he does manage to get the foul on most occasions though.

i think we need to improve on two things:
1. finishing more goalscoring chances (although we have been unlucky in recent games ie hitting the post alot)
2. getting the ball forward quicker when there is an opportunity, yes its important to keep possession but sometimes we go backwards and then by the time it gets to the midfield again the opposition have 10 men behind the ball.

minor issues though because we are doing the basics right and dominating large areas of games, it will all come good with continuity of games i reckon.
