If he keeps not doing, then eventually yes. Stands to reason. As with you and our previous two managers. That's normal isn't it?

Yeah it's normal - just seemed like nobody wanted to say it. It's a bit like complaining about problems but not suggesting what should be done as solutions.

There is a difference between questing the direction and progress his year and concluding that this means wanting him sacked after this season though.

My point was more that if the way Kenny is doing it isnt to your liking - he isnt going to change. So you might as well conclude that he's not for you because the same philosophies will continue.

I am not sure buying poor players counts as a philosophy tbh. Same applies to not having cover in key positions. It's a matter of performance, not philosophy.

The philosophy being 'PL proven' british players.

I'll judge Kenny and the job he's done at the end of the season. It would be foolish to do otherwise.

We could still win the FA Cup and get 4th. Would anyone really want him sacked after that?

Then again, if we failed to win another game, then I'm sure quite a few would want him out.
                Forwards.......

We're not scoring enough goals, thats a fact. But nobody seems to be criticising our defence. We must have dropped so many home points this season from winning positions.

If we could defend like the 'one nil to the arsenal' team, we'd be a lot closer to the top 4. We need to learn how to defend leads at home better.

We've been in a winning position in all of the following games:

                  Sunderland (H)
                  ManU (H)
                  Norwich (H)
                  Arsenal (H)

Hopefully that'll change and we instead go for the best players we can get that fit our style of play instead. It is clear that this tactic isn't paying dividends.

And TBF Craig, our form right now in the league is very, very poor, people are going to be unhappy with that (10 points out of the last 30).

                      You're entitled to be unhappy.

If you're unhappy with how things are being done though and the manager wont change it, then what do you want to happen?

Why won't he change things if they are not working?

Maybe he thinks that, given we are dominated most games and outplaying most opposition, that the problem is more about not having a finisher. The idea that they are 'not working' is your view, doesnt mean Kenny agrees.

Why wont you answer my question?

Well I hoping we do change it, if we fail to get CL football this season and next, Kenny will be out of the job then.

Our transfer policy needs to work.

And if Kenny thinks it is simply a case of just buying a striker then I will be worried for our short term future.

Are you happy with our league form Craig?
