We have only ourselves to help if we need that 4th place. As long as we keep dropping silly points we wont get it.

Like someone calculated yesterday, we need ~32/33 points from 15 games which is tough but if we go on a run of good wins, we can probably make it.

Personally I think we will fall short of it by 2-4 points. I hope I'm wrong.
Or what ever you say ? I said they are ****ing Mentally weak would you like me to draw you a ****ing picture ?

Newcastle have been having a nice run of fixtures all season then .. News Flash Einstein we are in February, Chelsea have just gone through a tough run and as I thought came out with very little, Norwich, Swansea and United at Home and 3 out of 9 points, next off they are off to Everton with a Champions Lg Away game to Napoli 2 or 3 days later, I can see them drawing with Everton as well, they still have to play City away, Spurs, Arsenal Away, Us at Anfield, at least Newcastle have some beleif and are punch above there weight whilst also strengthening in Jan signing the striker who plays along side Ba internationally. Opposed to Chelsea, with an unproven 33 year old manager and his page 3 physio, a captain who is in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons including on the pitch, a star striker who looks like a lost boy out there at times and seems to want to do anything but score, he plays more like a winger these days than a striker, a CB who has non sense of positional responsibility, a mid field with the exception of Mata look disjointed, old and not really up to much, sturridge seems to have gone off the boil and I just dont think this AVB fella has the experience to pull that ****storm together

We on the other hand with the exception of Bolton have been stready all season, getting slowly gradually better, Carrol finding his feat, Downing starting to put in solid performances, Jay Spearing holding the forth nicely, for all his distractors, Charlie Adam is contributing with some exceptional assists and passing at times, Hendo Solid, Kuyt finding form and Suarez back and rested, not the mention England Captian and Living Legend Steven Gerrard, back, healthy and I have to say looking every inch a club captain ... and I have not always said that about him

          Meh.

They were 4th or 5th during November and once the hard games came after that, they slipped to 7th 8th and now they are back again. They ahve their second run of hard fixtures coming up.

Chelsea are so mentally weak that they are sitting pretty at 4th even after all the mishaps and into the Champions League knockout stages. When Drogba comes back they will be a bit more stronger despite what you say

a bit more stronger than **** ... ok .. well we will see all of there fixtures for the rest of the season look tough for Chelsea, they are in a false position, they have been on a terrible run of results and piss weak performances except the occasional one here or there when the team decides to give a ****, I will be utterly well and truly flabbergasted if they manage to get 4th

They have one ****ing loss in their last ten league games. The reason they look terrible is because they have had 6 draws in the last ten much like we have so many draws at home.

The have a decent enough squad to finish fourth much like we do. Problem is both of us have been drawing to many games. Albeit their draws are away from home (understandable) while ours are at home.

So let me get this straight, you don't think Chelsea will finsh 4th then?

I have this horrible feeling, that we will fail again.. I think we don't have a squad for achieving 4th place, IMO, that's just reality. we should buy one or two players this transfer window.

And your interpretation was wrong. Apology accepte....oh no wait, you werent man enough to apologise.

Your memory is clearly letting you down. You wrongly accused me. And now cant even acknowledge or admit that - let alone apologise for it.

Seeing as a defeat to Spurs tonight could send me into hiding again, I may as well address this pressing issue now.

As it turns out Mr. H, you were guilty through association. In the particular thread I had in mind, other people were calling for Rafa’s head and although you were agreeing with the points they made, you didn’t agree that it was deserving of dismissal. I even looked at a couple of other threads about that time and it was the same sort of story.

So in front of the whole Est. community, I shall say…
